Mill Superintendent

B2Gold Namibia has an opening for a Mill Superintendent at the Otjikoto Gold Mine. You will oversee all milling operations including crushing, grinding, and CIL circuit management. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Processing Manager.

- BEng in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering - 10+ years in gold processing plants - Government Certificate of Competency (Metallurgist) - Leadership experience managing teams of 50+ - Strong understanding of CIL and gravity circuits - SAP experience preferred
