Senior Mining Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mining Engineer to join our land-based mining operations in Oranjemund. You will be responsible for mine planning, production scheduling, and optimizing extraction processes for our alluvial diamond deposits. Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement mine plans for land-based operations - Optimize production schedules and resource allocation - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations - Mentor junior engineering staff - Report to the Chief Mining Engineer

- BSc/BEng in Mining Engineering - Minimum 8 years of experience in open-pit or alluvial mining - Government Certificate of Competency (Mine Manager) - Proficiency in mine planning software (Surpac, Deswik, or Whittle) - Strong knowledge of Namibian mining regulations - Valid driver's license
